The Orlando Federal Credit Union (Website) will likely get its lease renewed for another five years in City Hall come next Monday.

The credit union has leased a 521 SF space on the first floor of City Hall since 2004 and they are up for renewal. The lease agreement is marked for approval on the Monday, July 8 City Council agenda, adding another five-year term to the lease.

The rental rate for the space is $1 per year and an agreement to provide a no-fee ATM for City Hall employees and guests. So if you’re downtown about to hit the clubs, remember you can take out some dollar bills for free, y’all.

If you’re wondering where exactly the bank is located in City Hall, it’s tucked away in a corner of the Terrace Gallery, right next to 4Rivers Smokehouse.
