Duran Duran are headlining a concert at Kennedy Space Center on July 16 as part a celebration in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing.

The Apollo 11 mission took Commander Neil Armstrong and lunar module pilot Buzz Aldrin from little old Cocoa Beach all the way to the moon via the Saturn V rocket on July 16, 1969, landing four days later on July 20.

The Grammy Award-winning Duran Duran will perform a 90-minute set at Kennedy Space Center Visotor Complex’s Rocket Garden.

Tickets are $300 but do not include parking, with all proceeds going to the Aldrin Family Foundation, which supports STEAM education programs. Food trucks will be on-site and beer and wine will be available for purchase. All exhibits and attractions will be closed during the concert which is scheduled for 8 p.m.-midnight, with opening sets by DJ Evalicious.
