We told you HERE in March that James and Julie Petrakis of The Ravenous Pig were opening a new brewery and after a tour we took earlier this week, it’s almost ready to open.
The new 3,000 SF The Ravenous Pig Brewing Co. (Website) has been plopped into the former car rental building next door and will feature a 15-barrel setup with six 30-barrel fermenter. That’s triple the amount of beer production power than they currently have to supply their restaurants in Winter Park, Disney Springs, and the International Airport.
The parking lot between the new brewery and The Ravenous Pig will be converted into an outdoor beer garden complete with Astroturf, sun shades, and outdoor games but isn’t expected to open until early 2020.
The brewery itself though is expected to open in early August.
