Creative Village is edging ever nearer to its due date this month as we collectively give birth to Orlando’s new twins; Valencia and UCF Downtown.

The first phase of development in Creative Village promises to bring roughly 8,000 students, faculty, and staff into Parramore and Downtown so parking will obviously be at a premium.

Outside of the parking garages that are still being erected, the City will add nearly 200 on-street meterless parking spaces to the campus, that can be paid for using the free ParkMobile app (Website).

App users simply park their car in a ParkMobile-enabled spot, enter the displayed Zone Number into the app, and you’re golden. You can also select a spot ahead of time using the app and reserve it based on availability.

The meterless program, if successful/popular, could be rolled out throughout Downtown Orlando.
