A Conditional Use Permit has been applied for to allow for a new event space at 1032 W. Robinson Street [GMap] in the Parramore District.
The 4,688 SF building will be shared by two parties; Y and S Chateau, LLC and Love is Key, LLC, who are proposing to use it for photography and videography use as well as for smaller events like baby showers and Christenings.
Y and S Chateau (Website) would use the event space 5-10 p.m. Monday through Sunday and Love is Key would use it from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. all week.
A Conditional Use Permit is needed in order to serve alcoholic beverages and will be considered at the October 15 Municipal Planning Board hearing at City Hall.
Wall Crawl Orlando (Website), a selfie-focused event venue, recently opened up around the corner at 1016 W. Church Street [GMap].
