A request has been filed to allow the development of a 17-story mixed-use project currently called “DXV” at the corner of Division Avenue and Central Boulevard [GMap] in downtown’s Parramore neighborhood.

The site currently houses the home of HOPR bike share and Hittn’ Skins at 515 W. Central and 503 W. Central respectively, just two blocks away from Church Street to the east and Creative Village to the north.

Deerfield Investments Corp. is proposing a tower with 7,500 SF of groundfloor retail, three floors and 71,982 SF of office space, six floors of residential units, four floors of parking with 417 spaces, and a pool deck on the top of the building.

This project will be seen by the Municipal Planning Board on October 15 along with the plans for the second tower at Church Street Plaza.
