We told you HERE just last week that Tori Tori, the new Japanese Kushiyaki concept by DOMU-owner Sonny Nguyen and the DOMU Dynasty Group , would be opening “soon.” We now know just how soon they meant.

According to an email sent out to their subscribers, Tori Tori will be easing into their next phase of soft opening this Tuesday, September 10 for walk-ins at their new restaurant at 720 N. Mills Avenue [GMap].

According to the newsletter, Tori Tori will be in soft opening mode for the next 3-4 weeks while they figure out their operating hours. At the moment, the kitchen will be open from 5:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. Sundays and from Tuesday to Thursday, and then 5:30 p.m.-1:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

The bar will be open from 5:30 p.m.- 2 a.m. Tuesday to Sunday.

Guests will be allowed to sit where they will but will have to order drinks and food at the bar. Staff may hold the door if capacity exceeds employe ability to keep up.

A grand opening is yet to be announced.
