The four-story office building at 150 N. Orange Avenue [GMap], located across Orange Avenue from the soon-to-open Motorworks Brewing, will be getting a major update courtesy of new owners, Third Urban and FCP.
The project, under the name “Fulcrum,” will entail transforming the 140,991 SF building into a “creative office space” with larger windows, shared tenant spaces, and groundfloor retail uses.
A mural on the exterior is being planned and will be executed by an as-of-yet unnamed national artist.
The re-design work is by Smith Dalia and Walker Design.
Construction is expected to begin in the next few months with an estimated completion in the second quarter of 2020.
