Remember that Make Orlando Great survey that the new owners launched to try to figure out what to put in the recently vacated Ferg’s Depot building on Church Street? Well, the Nunziata brothers of FBC Mortgage have just shared the data they’ve collected with Bungalower.

Rob Nunziata also told Bungalower that a while few things are already in the works for the historic train station project, nothing is definite at the time of this post.

In August 2018, the Nunziatas launched a crowd-sourcing website on MakeOrlandoGreat.com to ask Orlando residents what they would like to see move into the building once Ferg’s Depot had pulled out. More on that HERE.

Over 3,000 surveys were collected via the website that was advertised via a simple banner on a fence facing Church Street at the property, which also included a survey asking whether participants would like to see SunRail service expanded to nights and weekends. No surprise, 97 percent said that they would.

Check out the graphs below to see what Orlandoans said they’d like to see move into the vacant building; the top results being a Chelsea Market-type concept or a Trader Joe’s.
