A new French restaurant is heading to the bottom floor of Modera Central at 125 E. Pine Street [GMap].
The 1,000 SF La Boulangerie restaurant will be located on the corner of Rosalind Avenue and Pine Street and will serve a variety of pastries, baguettes, croissants, and other French baked goods.
The restaurant is expected to open in early 2020 and will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dinner service will be full-service with wine pairings.
Following the earlier announcement of Dollar General’s DGX concept moving into the building, there are still two more retail spaces to be filled; they are being repped by Orlando-based Bishop Beale Duncan.
An opening timeline has not been released at this time.
