The Persimmon Hollow Brewing Company (Website) has just announced that they will open a brewery and taproom on Lake Eola in the recently-purchased Eo Inn.

The new taproom will open in the 4,800 SF space left vacant by Panera Bread in December 2016. More on that HERE. The space also includes a 1,100 SF patio overlooking Lake Eola Park.

Persimmon Hollow told Bungalower that they plan a full renovation of the space which will feature a seven-barrel brewing system, a kitchen featuring a local food vendor, games, and even more indoor and outdoor seating.

The menu will feature a rotation of beers that are brewed and only available in the Eola location, alongside their regular brews from the original DeLand location.

An opening timeline has not been released but Persimmon Hollow staff will be interacting with passerby over Pride Weekend at the Eo Inn site.

Editor’s Note: We hear they have samples but that hasn’t been confirmed.
