Bangrak Thai Street Kitchen (Facebook), a popular pop-up dining experience co-founded by Dylan Eitharong and Jordan Neumann, has been serving up tasty Thai dishes around the Orlando area for years but will sadly serve up their last dish this weekend.

The series gets its name from the Bangkok neighborhood in which Eitharong and his family enjoyed before coming to Orlando. He and co-founder Jordan Neumann first popped-up at Swine and Sons in Winter Park (Website), and then started bringing a regular event to places like Redlight Redlight in Audubon Park.

Eitharong announced this past August on Instagram that the series would be ending this October so he could move to Thailand to be with family for the immediate future.

Bangrak will host their final events on the following dates:

  • 6-8:30 p.m. Friday, October 18 at Whippoorwill Beer House and Package Store, 2425 E. South Street [GMap]. Click HERE for the Facebook event page.
  • 6-9:30 p.m. Sunday, October 20 at Redlight Redlight, 2810 Corrine Drive [GMap]. Click HERE for the Facebook event page.

Bungalower highlighted the popular series HERE in a previous “Locavore” column where we shared their mouthwatering Tom Yum Goong recipe in our zine and online last October.
