El Vic’s Kitchen (Facebook | Website) will open next month in the former home of Tartine in College Park, at 2445 Edgewater Drive [GMap].
El Vic’s will specialize in fusion cuisine with dishes inspired by Africa, Malaysia, Hong Kong, California, and more – according to their website. The owner, Rakesh Talwar, has hired two Indian chefs to create the menu, Rakesh Talwar and Abhishek Botadkar.
An opening date has not been confirmed at this time.
