Texas-based burger restaurant Twisted Root Burger Co. (Facebook | Website) will soon be opening in a 4,000 SF space at The Grove at Winter Park on November 12.
Twisted Root burgers are known for serving larger-than-average burgers (half-pound ones to be precise), with resh buns from local bakeries and custom-made condiments. Burger types range from beef to buffalo, wagyu beef, turkey, chicken, and vegan as well as specials like ostrich, rabbit, camel, venison, boar, and duck.
Sides include hand-cut potato chips, onion strings, fried pickles, and poutine/disco fries with a variety of toppings.
Operating hours are 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday–Thursday, and 11 a.m.-midnight Friday-Saturday.
