Property owner wants you take this sign

-

The new owner of the Ice Cold Auto Air property that will soon house a new Starbucks drive-thru building, is trying to find a home for the iconic sign.

The former auto shop building has already been demolished but the sign has been left standing in the hopes of somebody wanting to take it off their hands and save in some manner.

Bungalower has reached out to the Orange County Regional History Center o gauge interest but given the size and overall condition of the sign, they decided not to take it in.

Early negotiations with the Morse Museum are pending and a site visit has been scheduled, according to the land owner.

If you or someone you know is interested in saving the sign and displaying it publicly or in a publicly-accessible space, reach out to us at [email protected] so we can make an introduction.
