A new brewery called Deadwords Brewing Co. will open in the former home of Al’s Army Store at 23 N. Orange Blossom Trail [GMap] in Parramore early next year, according to paperwork filed with the City of Orlando.
A Conditional Use Permit has been filed to remodel and change a one-story, 14,000 SF retail spot into a new brewing and tasting room. Sale of alcohol and on-site consumption necessitates a CUP approval process.
The proposal calls for a small outdoor covered patio and a restaurant space.
Plans will be seen for approval at the upcoming Municipal Planning Board meeting on December 17.
