On Monday, November 11, Mercury will visibly pass between the Earth and the sun.

Orlando Science Center will host a viewing party in its observatory between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. where guests will be able to look through sun-safe telescopes, participate in hands-on demonstrations, and attend a Q and A with on-site interpreters.

The Mercury transit observation is included in daily general admission which is free for members or $21 for adults. Parking is $5 per vehicle in the Orlando Science Center parking garage.
