Hughes Inc. has submitted a request for a Conditional Use Permit to the City of Orlando to allow for eating and drinking uses associated with a new 6-acre project at 215 W. Grant Street [GMap] in the SoDo District
The Grant Street Supply project would renovate a 29,000 SF warehouse and add three new buildings, just north of the SODO Super Target, for a total of 50,000 SF of new retail and restaurant uses, designed by local firm, dap design (Website).
The request includes plan for a new micro-brewery.
The project is scheduled to be heard by the Municipal Planning Board at the upcoming December 17 meeting.
