It’s that time of year again when Orlando residents can apply for the next year’s Mayor’s City Academy.
Successful applicants are treated to a free 11-week crash course in what makes the City of Orlando function. Participants attend a series of road trips, demonstrations, and backstage tours hosted by actual City employees who keep our municipal gears churning.
The deadline for the 2020 program is December 20, 2019 with classes beginning in February and held each Thursday evening through April 30.
