SC Advisors, a real estate development team involved with the upcoming Packing District, is involved in a second mixed-use project at 1800 Crown Way [GMap].
SC Advisors is working in concert with GAI Consultants, the planner for Dr. Phillips Charities, and ASD | SKY on the adaptive reuse of a warehouse complex that will include a 95,000 SF office building with adjoined parking and a 4,500 SF microbrewery and taproom that will have 1,200 SF of outdoor dining space.
The development will be split into first phases, the first of which will commence in late Q2 of 2020 and the second in 2022.
