Gap Inc. will close its Park Avenue location in Winter Park by the end of January.
The 9,113 SF store, located at 400 S. Park Avenue [GMap] is set to close on January 26 and will be available for lease in early February 2020.
The chain announced that it will be closing 230 stores over the next two years but no announcements have been made concerning other Central Florida locations.
Lincoln Property Company is handling the leasing of the Class A retail space, which has rare Central Florida Walk Score of “95” and is located minutes away from Rollins College.
