A building that once housed a Perkins restaurant at 5320 N. Orange Blossom Trail [GMap] could soon be the new home of a Miami Grill (Website).
Kamar Aiken, who played for UCF before heading to the Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, Baltimore Ravens, and the Indianapolis Colts, is behind the pending transformation of the 4,500 SF space which will feature a drive-through and will serve up gyros, burgers, seafood, and Philly cheesesteaks.
There is no timeline for this project at the moment and the plans are still going through permitting with the City of Orlando.
