According to a report by WESH 2 News, which you can see below, Orlando Police officers arrested a man named Ryan Sarjoo downtown for allegedly firing an AR-15 rifle in public in the early hours of January 10.
Sarjoo told WESH he was defending himself against a group of men who tried to rob him.
