Moments Climbing will be opening a new $1.3 million bouldering gym in the former home of Real Thread Inc., in Parramore at 400 Pittman Street [GMap] just outside of Creative Village and the new downtown campus.
Real Thread is moving to a larger location and expanding its operations.
The 15,000 SF Swan City Boulders Gym (Website) will feature a 7,000 SF bouldering wall, free weights and equipment, and a coffee bar. The gym will also offer climbing equipment rentals.
This will be the first American location for the Scandinavia-based climbing company.
An opening date is not public at this time but they’re expected to be finished their buildout sometime in 2020.
