Proceeds support the James Beard Foundation National Scholars Program, which has given over $3 billion in scholarships to young chefs.
The event runs from 7-10 p.m. on Saturday, March 28. Tickets are $110 and can be purchased HERE. VIP tickets, which provide early access to the event, are $225 and a private cocktail event that will take place inside The Osprey Tavern.
