Robert Earl, the founder and CEO of Planet Hollywood, has just launched a new chicken wing business.

Earl launched a fried chicken chain called Chicken Guy in Disney Springs in 2018 and apparently liked the margins on chicken. Wing Squad (Website), his new endeavor, will be delivery-only and will make use of e-delivery platforms like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Editor’s Note: Not Bite Squad though.

Wing Squad has launched in select cities across the country, including Chicago, Detroit, Seattle, and Washington, and offers six different types of wings ranging from BBQ, Honey Garlic, Cajun, Garlic Parmesan, Sweet Chili, and Buffalo in six, 12, and 18 wing increments. Sides include mac and cheese, salads, chips, and celery and carrots.

The concept of delivery-only kitchens are gaining popularity along with the number of delivery service options and are often referred to as “ghost kitchens.”
