EARLY RENDERING OF GROUNDFLOOR RESTAURANT SPACE

The $76 million Lake House Apartment building that’s being erected on the north shore of Lake Ivanhoe capped out last week and is expected to be ready for pre-leasing activities early this summer and the 4,100 SF groundfloor restaurant space has already found a tenant.

The Pinery will be an upscale concept operated by Full Circle Hospitality serving “Florida fresh cuisine” and will have 150 seats. The name is inspired by the pineapple farm that used to sit on the property in the late 1800s that was owned by George Russell. At one time, Florida supplied most of the pineapples in the United States.
