Sometimes you have to run to the grocery store up the street but your dog still hasn’t been let out, so you have to do a quick run around the block before trucking your tired butt over to the store – two trips where one would have sufficed if only you had a place to put your puppy without getting in trouble on social media for tieing them up to a lampost outside.

Plus, what if your dog has FOMO and wants to help you get some treats?

Enter DogSpot (Website), a company that specializes in fancy public dog houses that you can rent by the minute. The units come with air conditioning, UV lights that disinfect the interior in between uses, and they have cameras installed that you can stream via the DogSpot app so you can keep an eye on them during their stay.

DogSpot charges 30-cents a minute for the service.

The startup launched in Seattle but has since spread across the country with its first Florida location coming to Pompano Beach “soon.”
