The Ravenous Pig (Facebook | Website) will host its annual St. Patrick’s Day Roast event on Saturday, March 14 featuring three different entrees and specialty beverages from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

The menu includes:

  • The Roast ($18): Corned beef brisket with choucroute and a side of potato salad with housemade Irish soda bread and Joyce’s mustard. It also comes with a chocolate cupcake topped with Dirty Old Stout buttercream.
  • Mahi Sandwich ($17): Includes sauce gribiche, Bibb lettuce, and roasted tomatoes on a brioche bun with a side of truffle fries.
  • Gatherer Salad ($17): Includes baby greens, avocado, pickled beets, and radish topped with goat cheese, pistachio granola, and herb vinaigrette.
  • Side of Truffle Fries ($3)

Beers on tap will all be from The Ravenous Pig Brewing Company and will feature Dead Rabbits Irish Coffee Beer Engine and Dirty Old Stout. An Iced Irish Coffee cocktail will also be on tap and will be made with Foxtail cold brew, Tullamore D.E.W., topped with mint whipped cream.
