As schools are closed and crime is down, the Orlando Police Department has an inordinate number of officers hitting the streets right now and if they catch you out and about with no essential business, then they’re going to give you something – a flyer.
Orlando Police officers have been instructed to hand out copies of the above flier to people they find out in public, not abiding by the statewide stay-at-home order (we’re calling it the State-at-home order).
The flyers explain, in Spanish and English, what residents can and can’t do while under the order, including going to buy groceries, see a doctor, or go to work.
