We first told you about the possibility of a coffee shop moving into the Marathon Gas Station at 3000 Corrine Drive [GMap] back in August 2019, HERE, and work is finally moving forward.
Lobos Coffee Roasters (Facebook | Website) is a new concept by Tony Villalobos whose family has generationally been growing coffee in Panama for years. When they open this summer, (that’s the current plan anyway), the menu will feature sandwiches, croissants, charcuterie boards, and more.
The demolition of the interior of the building has begun, carried out by BDM Constructs (Website). The gas pumps, exterior canopy, and interior wall will be removed and a new patio will be added to the back of the building for outdoor seating.
