The folks at East End Market’s resident butcher, Hinckley’s Fancy Meats (Facebook | Website), have teamed up with the food scientist/cool kids of Kadence (Instagram| Website) for a limited edition pick-up-only Filipino feast.

You can pre-order your special five-course meal HERE for $35 per person. The meal will be available for pick-up at East End Market on May 9 or is available for delivery within 10 miles of the Audubon Park food hall.

The menu includes:

  • Filipino Charcuterie Plate – Tocino spam, seafood vegan longanisa, and beef tapa.
  • Pancit Palabok – cornstarch noodles with shrimp sauce.
  • Sinangag – garlic rice.
  • Atchara – pickled carrots, green papaya, red pepper, and golden raisins.
  • Cassava Suman – sweet rice cake.
