During Phase 1, the library’s call center, Questline, will reopen for calls and chat services on Wednesday, May 6. Questline operators will be available for customers 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Home delivery service will resume on Monday, May 11, when library staff will begin processing holds reservations that have been made during the closure. The courier service will resume delivery the following day on Tuesday, May 12.

Book drops will reopen on Friday, May 15 and all library materials that were checked out previous to the closure on March 18 are due on June 1. Materials can be returned to any location, but the downtown library branch has a drive-thru drop window facing Wall Street behind the building.
