The City of Winter Park has just launched a new website that emphasizes user experience.

The new website features a more streamlined appearance for its 300+ pages of city information. The first site was launched in 1997 with a couple of upgrades but the new site allows for ADA compliance requirements like accounting for screen readers, font size, tagged photos for assistive reading devices, and closed-caption videos for the hearing impaired.

Another new feature that will launch on Wednesday, July 1, is the new @YourRequest tool that will allow Winter Park residents to submit city service requests or ask questions from their computer or mobile device.
