A new business has opened in the former home of Bubbles and Ice at 811 Mills Avenue [GMap] in the Mills 50 District and it will be specializing in house-made matcha soft serve ice cream.
Matcha House Tea and Creamery (Instagram) will serve its house-made ice cream in daily-made charcoal waffle cones as well as with a variety of desserts and hot and cold drinks – which includes Matcha Green Thai Tea and ceremonial Matcha.
This is the latest concept from the team behind King Bao, Poke Hana, and Chi-Kin (Instagram) which opened in the space next door late last year.
Matcha will open to the public on Friday, June 26 with operating hours of 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday to Sunday.
