A Gulf Coast brewing company is looking to sign a lease at the Amway Center.
Award-winning Big Storm Brewing Co. (Facebook | Website), which has locations in Clearwater, Odessa, and Cape Coral, is looking to sign a ten-year lease for a 4,160 SF restaurant space in the northwestern corner of the Amway Center.
If approved by City Council at the July 6 meeting, Big Storm Brewing will be responsible for improving the space at its own expense but will be eligible for up to $250,000 in refunds for certain capital improvements.
This project is early in development and we will share more information when it is made public.
