The Orlando Law Group (Website) has launched a special initiative to help teachers write a free living will.

A living will is a directive that tells what medical treatment a person wants/doesn’t want if they are not able to make their wishes known and is used to guide end-of-life decisions if you can’t make them yourself.

Teachers can fill out a form HERE on the XL 106.7 website and lawyers or staff from Orlando Law Group will contact them to have the living will completed. Once contacted, teachers will be asked to show their current school staff identification and last paycheck stub to prove their work status.

While the timing of the promotion with XL 106.7 with the approaching of the contentious reopening of Orange County schools during the pandemic is no mistake, and is likely to ruffle some feathers, legally-speaking, having a living will is always a good decision.
