A group of Orlando’s Main Street districts have banded together to launch a new collaborative website that they hope will help market their respective downtown neighborhoods to out-of-town visitors and staycationers from the region.

LocalOrlando.info is scheduled to launch on Friday, July 24, and will feature outdoor and physically-distanced activities around town like self-guided mural tours, outdoor sports like at Lake Druid Park’s outdoor mountain bike run, Orlando Skate Park, and more. The site will also promote local Main Street member restaurants and breweries.

The cohort of organizations includes Audubon Park Garden District, Ivanhoe Village, The Milk District, Mills 50, SoDo District, and the Thornton Park District, with plans to expand to other Main Streets later in the year.

While the site launches later in the week, its social accounts are currently “active” on Instagram and Facebook though no content had been posted at the time of this story.
