Art and History Museums – Maitland to host online art auction

PROMO: Art and History Museums – Maitland (Facebook | Website) will host a three-day online auction at the end of August, featuring works by roughly 20 participating artists, teachers, and Artists-in-Residence.

Over the next several weeks, A&H will be featuring each of the participating artists on their Instagram and Facebook pages. Bidding for the three-day online auction will begin at midnight on Friday, August 21, and close at 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 23. All work has been donated by the artists, and proceeds will support their programming and operations.

Register to bid by midnight on Thursday, August 20 for a chance to win a gift basket from the A&H Museum Store. Registering for the auction is free, and you’ll have the chance to view the artwork before bidding opens to the public.
