Dandelion Community Cafe (Facebook | Website) has launched a new initiative that asks people to send messages to their government leaders on custom-made postcards.

“With COVID-19 all around us, I felt a lot of people that would normally protest were nervous – understandably. I started brainstorming ideas to get involved without large crowds, and almost immediately I knew I wanted to make postcards,” explained co-owner Cheryl Blanc.

People can choose from four postcard templates that were designed by Orlando-resident Erin Nolan (Website), print them out at home, write their message, and then drop them off at Dandelion for the restaurant to mail

Dandelion Community Cafe is located at 618 N. Thornton Avenue [GMap] in Lake Eola Heights.
