Etoile Boutique (Facebook | Website) has taken over the space next door and is doubling the size of its Milk District vintage shop.
The Milk Bar (Facebook) closed up shop in early July and Etoile-owner, Falon Quilen, was approached by the owner with the option to take over the lease, to which she apparently responded to with a “Hell yes!” The two spaces were already separated by a wall with two installed doors, so Quilen simply took the doors off the hinges and started moving in.
With the added room, the shop will now offer home goods, more vintage clothing, expanded offerings by local makers, furniture, and more space for online ordering staging.
Etoile Boutique moved to online sales due to the pandemic but will be reopening on Saturday, August 1 for in-person shopping from noon-7 p.m.
