-

Award-winning journalist Amy Sweezey retired after 20 years as a meteorologist earlier in the year, has just been named as Special Projects Producer with Growing Bolder Media.

Sweezey was most-recently known for her role as the Morning Meteorologist at WESH Channel 2. She was awarded “Broadcaster of the Year” in 2018 by the National Weather Association and more from the Florida Associated Press.

Sweezey will be working with the company on a program called The Art of Caregiving: Growing Bolder that will focus on a needed mind shift in the philosophies behind it and its limitations on celebrating the moment.
