Imperial Sales and Leasing (Website) has sold its Mills 50 car lot and closed up shop.
Minesh Patel of Patmin, LLC., the company behind the recent renovation and reopening of nearby Wally’s Mills Avenue Liquors, has purchased the lot and filed a permit to demolish the single-story structure on the property.
Paperwork filed with the City of Orlando states an intention to build a 2,600 SF restaurant on the site with associated surface parking.
Patel told Bungalower that he intends to find one or two users to occupy the building, which has just been opened for lease.
