The City of Winter Park has put a lot of intention and thought into their recently launched curbside to-go initiative. And it shows.

The concierge-like initiative is a collaborative effort by the Chamber of Commerce, the City of Winter Park, and the Park Avenue District, in an attempt to make picking up food from local restaurants easier. Winter Park has been subdivided into different pickup zones based on geographic locations, including Park Avenue, Hannibal Square, Winter Park Village, Orange Avenue, Aloma Shopping Center, and Winter Park Corners.

Inside each zone, curbside kiosks have been installed marked by teal and white-painted curbs, where customers are sent to pick up their merchandise or food order. Each business is assigned to a nearby kiosk and they will inform the customer where to go to pick up their purchase. Customers can also text when they arrive to provide even more easy curbside delivery.
