The newly-opened 14-story Julian Apartments (Instagram | Website) is a $108 million apartment community in Creative Village Orlando in Parramore, kitty-corner from the new EA Games campus and overlooking a massive new public park that is in development.
It has 409 units and 6,000 SF of ground-floor retail that will soon house a beautiful new restaurant concept that we should be able to tell you more about very soon. Insider Tip: It’ll be called “The Monroe.”
We got a tour of the studio and one-bedroom apartments as well as a first-hand look at some of the amenities which includes a rooftop pool and terrace, coworking/collaboration space on each floor, on-site gym, and more.
