PROMO: Comedian, actor, and podcast host Michael Rapaport will headline the upcoming COVID Comedy Jam, Central Florida’s largest virtual comedy showcase.
The COVID Comedy Jam, presented by JustCallMoe.com, will feature nine comedians performing their full sets to an online, socially-distanced audience.
“We all need a little laughter during this pandemic,” said Moe DeWitt, an Orlando attorney organizing the COVID Comedy Jam. “In normal times, comedy brings people together and right now we can’t be together, so this virtual comedy jam is the next best thing.”
The COVID Comedy Jam will stream for free on Friday, September 18 at 8 p.m. on Facebook, YouTube, Twitch, and JustCallMoe.com.

COVID Comedy Jam headliner Michael Rapaport is an actor and comedian who has appeared in over 60 films, including True Romance, Higher Learning, Metro, and The Heat. He also starred in the sitcom The War at Home and appeared on Boston Public, Friends, and Justified.
He is the host of the “I Am Rapaport Stereo Podcast.”
Proceeds of the COVID Comedy Jam will benefit the Yellow Brick Road Foundation (Website), a Central Florida-based nonprofit that supports families affected by congenital heart disease.
