The Florida Department of Transportation will temporarily close two lanes on westbound and eastbound I-4 between Maitland Boulevard and Ivanhoe Boulevard nightly for one month. Starting tonight.
The nightly double lane closure will continue through October 1 with a separate start and end time for each lane, just to keep you on your toes.
- On westbound I-4, one lane will close nightly from 8:30 p.m.-6 a.m. and the other will close from midnight to 5:30 a.m.
- On eastbound I-4, one lane will close nightly from 9:30 p.m.-7 a.m., while the other will close 12:30 a.m.-6 a.m.
Modifications or extensions to this schedule may be necessary because of weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work zone.
