Persimmon Hollow Brewing Company (Website) has just opened its new downtown brewery in the former home of Panera Bread in the Eo Inn on Lake Eola.
Located at 227 N. Eola Drive [GMap], the new brewery and taproom is in soft-opening with coffee service beginning at 8 a.m. with food and beer being available for purchase at 11 a.m. The menu is veggie-focused with meat add-ons and there are too many taps for us to count, featuring a rotation of beers that are brewed on-site and only available in the Eola location, alongside beers from the original DeLand location.
TRIVIA: The Persimmon Hollow crew managed to uncover an original fireplace during construction and now you can cozy up around it on some fancy couches in the main entrance-way.
