A new restaurant/lounge concept is moving into the former home of Fuzzy’s Taco space at 131 N. Orange Avenue [GMap] in downtown Orlando, on the same block as the soon-to-open Motorworks Brewing.

Neon Beach (Facebook) is a new concept by Tin and Taco’s Rob Bair, and will be a “Beach Barbecue” lounge/bar with vintage Florida/Miami-inspired decor with shiplap and textures reminiscent of childhood family vacations.

Bair tells us that the menu will feature off-the-wall combinations that he’s known for, brisket, hickory-smoked pork, and a drink program that’s not full-fledged tiki but still has some frozen drinks and boozy punch.

An opening date is not currently set but we will share that information once it is made public. Tin and Taco is hosting a ticket giveaway and $100 bar tab for a private, pre-opening party on their Facebook page, HERE.

Bair recently just opened another Tin and Taco location in Waterford Lakes and is working on a new location in New Smyrna Beach.
