Downtown bar, Magnolia (Facebook | Website) has sold to new owners.

Magnolia has been open for roughly 12 years at 13 S. Magnolia Avenue [GMap] and was sold to a new ownership team earlier in the year, just before the COVID pandemic and subsequent shutdown of all bars statewide.

The previous owner, David Robold, sold the bar to husband and wife team Amanda and Kameron Kaviani who have been working in the Orlando real estate sector for the last few years. The Kavianis have been hard at work renovating the two-story venue which now features a new second-story lounge called “Beau Monde” which will operate as a special events/VIP space with regular DJs and bottle service.

The newly-revamped Magnolia has already reopened to the public.
